If you're running the ConnectComputer wizard and get an error about private profiles not being migrated, then:

1. Make sure Simple File Sharing is enabled.
2. Turn the option, "Make this folder private" off.
3. Try again.
4. If the message persists, then check the "Make this folder private" check box, click Apply, UN-check the "Make this folder private" check box, click OK.
5. The wizard should work now.
To perform Step 1:
1. Open My Computer, then the C: drive, then Documents and Settings.
2. Click Tools, Folder Options.
3. On the view tab, scroll to the bottom and make sure "Use Simple File Sharing (recommended)" is checked.
4. Click OK as necessary.
To perform Step 2:
1. Right-click the folder representing the user who the error message says won't be migrated.
2. Click "Sharing and Security" to open the Properties dialog to the Sharing tab.
3. Check or uncheck "Make this folder private" as necessary.

Hope it helps,
David
