New Support Chat Available Added To Remote Offerings Link at bottom of each page of our site
Posted 7/23/2008 In an effort to enhance the speed and quality of service we give our clients, we are transitioning some of our support to remote access wherever possible. As part of this initiative, we have implemented a new online chat service for our clients, potential clients, and others to use to contact us. Let's face it, gas is expensive and like everyone else, we're looking to find ways to not have to burn it.
For some time visitors have been able to Skype us at either of the addresses above, and this will continue, but it requires you to have Skype installed on your computer. Now, if you wish to contact us, the quickest way is to try looking at the bottom of each page. There, you'll find a link to a chat client that will connect you with us, and you won't have to download a thing.
As we progress down this road of increasing our remote service offerings, we will be looking for ways to leverage the Remote Assistance function built into Windows XP and Vista to allow us to better assist you.
Currently, the link is not available while inside the forums, but we hope to be able to accomplish this in the days and weeks ahead.
